Moons.so User Agreement

Welcome to Moons.so!

This User Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which you may access and use the services of Moons.so. By registering for and using Moons.so, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, along with all rules, policies, and procedures that are or may be published from time to time on the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Moons.so.

1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account on Moons.so, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the rules, terms, conditions, and policies established by Moons.so. This includes, but is not limited to, our Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and any other terms provided to you that govern your use of the platform.

2. Changes to Terms Moons.so reserves the right to modify or revise these terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy or providing a more prominent notice as appropriate. • You must not engage in any behavior that violates our Community Guidelines or disrupts the integrity of the platform.

• You must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others or the intellectual property rights of Moons.so.

5. Termination and Suspension Moons.so reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if, in our sole discretion, we determine that you have violated this Agreement, our policies, or for any other reason that may harm Moons.so or its users. Upon termination or suspension, you may lose access to the services and any tokens or assets associated with your account.

6. Token Loss In the event of account suspension or termination for violation of this Agreement or our policies, you acknowledge that you may forfeit any tokens or digital assets associated with your account. Moons.so is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from such forfeiture.

7. Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moons.so shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, through your use of or inability to use the services.

8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Moons.so operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
